🥑🧠 Food & Feelings: Does What You Eat Affect How You Think?

We're inviting adults of any diet type—whether you're keto, vegan, high-carb, low-fat, or anything in between—to take part in a short, anonymous research study.
This study explores whether dietary habits, especially the ketogenic diet, are linked to certain personality traits (called schizotypy, which includes thoughts and behaviours common across the general population) and mood. You don’t need to follow any specific diet to take part—we want to hear from everyone!
✅ You can take part if:
-
You are 18 or older
-
You do not have a diagnosis of a psychotic disorder
-
You are currently following any kind of diet
The survey takes about 15 minutes, is fully anonymous, and can be completed online. You'll answer a few questions about your diet, wellbeing, and personality traits.
By participating, you'll be helping us understand how different eating patterns might relate to how we think and feel—no matter what’s on your plate.
Interested? Join us and help explore the fascinating connection between diet and the mind.
