Keto & Connection: Can Your Diet Influence How You Socialise?

diet and social.jpg

We’re inviting you to take part in a short research study exploring whether your diet—especially the ketogenic diet—can influence your social behaviour. Whether you're following keto, vegan, paleo, or any other dietary approach, we want to hear from you!

The survey takes just 10–15 minutes, is completely anonymous, and asks about your current diet, general health, and how you engage with others socially.

By participating, you’ll help researchers understand whether what we eat might impact how we relate to the world and people around us. This is an exciting area of psychology and nutrition—and your input could make a real difference.

✅ You can take part if:

  • You are 18 years or older

  • You are currently following any diet

❌ Please do not take part if you:

  • Have a medicated diagnosis of anxiety, ADHD, personality disorder, psychosis, depression, or a neurological/social communication disorder

Your responses are completely confidential, and you can withdraw at any time.
