🌿💆‍♀️ Can Ashwagandha Really Help You Stress Less? We Want to Know!

Are you curious about natural ways to manage stress? Whether you take Ashwagandha supplements or have never tried them, you're invited to take part in a short, anonymous research study exploring how this popular herbal remedy might affect stress levels and personality traits.

Ashwagandha has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and is now gaining attention for its potential to support mental wellbeing. But how effective is it—really? This study aims to find out.

✅ You can take part if:

  • You are 18 years or older

  • You are currently using Ashwagandha or not using it at all

❌ Please don’t take part if you:

  • Are under 18

  • Have a diagnosis or family history of psychosis

  • Are taking antipsychotic medication or medication for stress or anxiety

The survey takes about 15 minutes and includes questions about your diet, health, stress levels, and Ashwagandha use. It’s completely anonymous, and your data is stored securely.

By taking part, you’ll be helping us explore whether this ancient herb has a meaningful impact in today’s world.
