👶💬 Do Baby Groups Help You Feel Less Lonely? Let’s Find Out Together

mothers and babies socialising.jpg

Are you a mum with a baby under 12 months old living in the UK? You’re invited to take part in a short, anonymous study exploring whether attending baby groups—from swimming and singing to social support groups—can positively affect mental wellbeing and feelings of loneliness.

This research aims to understand how bonding activities with your baby might influence your mood and social connection during the postnatal period.

✅ You can take part if:

  • You are 18 or older

  • You have a baby under 12 months

  • You live in the UK

The survey takes about 15 minutes and includes questions about:

  • Your family situation and baby’s age

  • The types and frequency of baby groups you attend

  • How you’ve been feeling emotionally and socially

  • Reasons why you may not attend some groups

The study is completely anonymous, and your responses will help researchers better understand how to support new mums.

Your experience matters. Join us and help improve support for parents like you.
